We enjoyed the position of the Hotel and the quiet room.
Jose at the front desk sent us blocks away to catch the bus to the airport and wanted to get us a taxi.
He insisted that we had to go a long way to catch the bus when in fact it stopped outside the building next door.
We were very unimpressed as we had suitcases to lug and wasted time and energy unecessarily.
He was very abrupt on checking in as well
